SAGE Board Pre-Retreat Survey

Thank you for continued participation on the SAGE Board of Directors! During April 2022, we will be conducting a strategic planning retreat to inform the future of the association. Our retreat facilitator Michael Peer (Principal, Health Care, with CLA in Milwaukee) has developed a short survey to understand your perspective on various topics. Please complete this survey by Thursday, March 24.

To be efficient with your time, many of the responses are designed as a selection from a pre-populated list. Due to the limitations of this approach, we have also incorporated the ability to expand on a response to many of the questions. The responses will be tabulated into themes, therefore honest feedback is critical to ensuring the best strategic initiatives.
